I decide to practice using the brush tool, and this happened. I couldn't understand why I had the urge to add a bright pink headdress, and then I realized...ah, Las Vegas. Anyways, this is just a fun Illustrator doodle.

Day 22

I actually don't know what day I'm supposed to be on.. :( I've been terrible at keeping up with this thing and I have no real excuse. I did this little doodle today, I really need to do more of these for fun. Anyways, this month I'm supposed to be focusing on isometric. I know it's easy, but somehow I still find it daunting..

Day 21 - POWER HOUR

I've been seriously slacking off, so I decided to do a power hour. I spent 20 minutes on each of these 3 paintings. I didn't realize how little time 20 minutes is, but it was some great practice. **Special thanks** to Ceddie and Tami for traveling so much and taking awesome photos. Here is a quick digital painting of some waves crashing against rocks. I did a lovely watercolor in Chike's backyard yesterday, in addition to an awesome collaborative watercolor with Genine, so I will post pics of those as soon as I take some.

I ruined my streak! Oh well..at least I HAVE been doing landscapes daily, I just didn't post them. Here is a mountain speed painting I did. I've found that working really small at first and then zooming in after all my values are in is the best way for me to work.

Here is attempt one at a digital environment painting. I'm so used to focusing on figures that it's hard for me to get into an environment mindset. I painted this one from a photo I took in Australia.

Goals! I got some!
